Description
This individual works with end users to gather requirements, forms
recommendations on possible alternatives, and presents these
alternatives to management to determine an action plan. The Business
Analyst is then responsible for carrying out the action plan by
following the team's methodologies, and coordinates with the
development team associates and other departments to ensure the
process or system improvement is implemented appropriately.
