Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA)
in the ESS Enterprise Program Management Core Competency
organization. The Sr. BSA will support and drive the Enterprise
Program Management (EPM) program, consisting of multiple initiatives
that provide a supporting framework for enterprise programs, self
managed programs, and portfolio management functions; and supporting
the Enterprise Program Management Tool (EPMT), responsible for

Job Description
Job Summary: The Marketing Performance Analyst is responsible for
preparation of performance reports, benchmark performance reports, and
Private Placement Separate Account quarterly profiles. Assists Senior
Performance Specialists and CBF Fund Level Reporting. Supports MetLife
and Institutional Marketing brand standards within electronic and
print performance collateral.
Principal Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly performance reports for customers and management
within pre-established timeframes.
Prepare powerpoint presentations.
Prepare monthly benchmark performance reports for customers and
management within pre-established timeframes.
Prepare quarterly profiles within pre-established timeframes.
Help compile analytical fund performance data on a monthly and
quarterly basis.
Works with Senior Performance Specialist to implement changes/updates
to Separate Accounts and/or registered fund offerings.
Responds to all report related inquiries in a timely manner.
