We currently have a Fulltime opportunity for a Technical Trainer -
with our direct client located in Chicago, IL. This is a Permanent
fulltime opening with excellent salary plus company benefits.

This role will be based in Chicago, North America working out of our
client’s Chicago offices or home depending on the candidates’
location.

Job Description
• The Trainer will need to acquire a deep understanding of the Client
product set and become conversant in the product domain of Client’s
markets.
• Effective delivery of training to Client’s customers, strategic
partners and staff
• Custom content development and maintenance of Client courses to the
quality standards set by the company
• On-going evaluation and analysis of courses with a view to
continually improving on quality
• Organization of course deliveries, including checking/preparing the
(customer’s) training environment before training delivery,
preparation of student reference materials, coordinate with project
staff to ensure appropriate audience and content
• Assist the Education Delivery Manager in any of his/her duties as
required

Essential Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a computing related subject
• Strong SQL, XML and Web Services skills
• Good understanding of computing concepts and applications, including
java, Windows OS (Unix a plus), client/server architectures and web-
based application tools
• Experience in delivery of IT and business-related training
• Significant customer facing experience in a consultancy/training
role
• A clear understanding of CRM and Business Process Re-engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Planning and organizational skills

Desirable Skills:
• Experience of Enterprise Case Management related products
• Experience of Local and Human Services Government sectors
• Experience of design and delivery of e-based learning
• Training/teaching qualification

Important Information- This role involves significant travel and
candidates should be prepared to travel 3 or 4 days per week.
