Business Analyst Requirements

Must be detail-oriented and self directed (without needing a lot of
guidance) and able to communicate clearly. This person would also
need to be very organized and able to keep track of things such as
requests from different people without letting things fall through the
cracks. This person would be expected to manage pieces of different
projects as assigned and may include managing tasks for a small group
of people.

Develop Business Process Flows.
Work closely with users to gather requirements.
