Quality Assurance Analyst I

Position Description

This position is for a Quality Assurance resource in the EFD Online
Applications team. The resource will work with external clients to
test and certify new online authorization links and enhancements. The
resource will also work with the developers in the team to test and
certify enhancement, maintenance, and mandate changes to the online
application. The resource will need to interface with internal members
of the Conversions, ATM Services, and EFD Product Support teams as
well as the external clients. They will also need to manage
certification schedules to make efficient use of their, and the
client's, time. Supporting the production implementation of new online
links and clients will also be required.
