Purpose: The Customer Service Rep provides on-site customer service and technical support in a retail environment for our customer, a high-volume, leading wireless carrier. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service * Offer front-line support in troubleshooting, configuration and customer education and repair * Enter and track customer data * Foster a team building and idea sharing environment

Requirements * One year of customer service in a retail environment a plus * Technical aptitude with electronics a plus * Computer savvy a plus * Ability to work retail hours and a rotating schedule * Passing of a complete background verification (criminal, high school diploma/GED verification, credit, drug screen) is required.
