Job Description: This position will assist in maintaining,
administering and enhancing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
application at RR Donnelley.

Key Responsibilities: This position will assist in maintaining,
administering and enhancing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
application at RR Donnelley. Duties include create functional and
technical specifications based on business requirements; Develop code
based on technical specifications; Test changes to CRM and develop
test plans; Tune performance of CRM by examining various tiers (web,
application, database); Identify areas for improvement across various
aspects of CRM; Document functionality and enhancements as necessary;
Resolve issues with CRM as reported by users through Help Desk;Perform
a variety of daily administrative tasks; Willingness to work with a
diverse group of people at various locations; Ability to work in an
agile software development team environment.

Qualifications:
1. Technical skills required include .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET), VB6,
VBScript,Oracle 9i/10g,SQL Server. Exposure to Java, JavaScript and
Web Development (HTML, CSS) a plus.
2. Communication skills needed for both written and verbal interaction
including ability to interact with other technical team members as
well as participating in help desk support and on-site deployment/
support with end-users.
3. Understanding of system design and testing work flow needed to
document issues, define solutions and/or test/rollout application
changes.
4. Ability to prioritize effectively while troubleshooting issues in a
fast-paced multitasking environment.
5. College Degree highly preferred.
6. Pivotal eRelationship or other CRM background a plus. well as
exposure to Java, JavaScript and Web Development (HTML, CSS) a plus.
