We are currently looking for an Associate of Commercial Due Diligence
for our office in Atlanta. This is a pivotal role in our Commercial
Due Diligence unit with excellent advancement potential.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform loan and real estate analysis on CMBS pools, private sales,
government loan pools, collateralized debt obligations and individual
loans, reporting analyses on a daily and/or periodic basis with
project managers and/or clients.
- Proficient and swift data retrieval, data tape management and
analysis of loan level and property level due diligence information.
- Analysis of loan, borrower and real estate information in
conjunction with due diligence and underwriting assignments.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
-Bachelors degree, preferably in finance, accounting or real estate
(or related experience in banking and/or commercial real estate
arenas).
- Familiarity with all types of commercial real estate transactions
and financing structures including CMBS bonds, commercial real estate
finance, complex loan structures, loan documentation, third party
documentation, cash flow analysis, rent roll analysis, servicing
functions, and lender default remedies.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe Reader,
Windows, and Access. Programming a plus.
- Strong quantitative skills necessary.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment.
