Job Description

Job Description
Under the direction of the Vice President, Internal Panel Management,
the panel development manager is engaged in all aspects of the
execution of HPOL panel development strategy, from gathering
competitive intelligence to creating and managing relationships with
development partners, to analyzing usage patterns of the HPOL database
and external sample to facilitate in identifying needed areas of
development. This position can involve sales-type cold calling
activity to potential partners such as website marketing managers and
corporate clients. High interaction with all staff levels within all
operating units. Meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and
organization skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & negotiate all panel development agreements with outside
providers

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to our software users
- Assist with management of in-house technology
- Conduct online software demonstrations
- Assist sales team with customers and prospects
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Professional phone presence
- College degree preferred
- Experience with the various Microsoft operating systems (98, 2000,
XP, etc.)
- Familiarity with client/server SQL database technology, and TCP/IP
networking
- Prior technical support experience a plus, but not required
- Comfort working in small, team-oriented environment with ability to
work independently
