More and more investors (shareholders and credit banks) threaten not to

maximum loss) and manage the operational risk in order to reduce the
gaps between the objectives of your Plan of continuance of activity
(PCA) and the performance (Cf. Case of Canada: Ernst and Young, Risk
Management in Canada: Moving Beyond Assessment, Toronto, on August 29,
2006).
-Did you check out the equivalence of your stockholders' equity and
that of your business partners with regard to the new regulation?
-Did you estimate if the capacity of your device of risks management
can constitute a valid economic alternative to the coverage of the
operational risk by statutory stockholders' equity?
