CA ~ LA ~ Offshore Sales Manager, Reverse Osmosis Systems 03
Manager will meet strategic sales goals in the Offshore Market segment by
collaborating with the Regional Managers and local sales representatives.
This position will be directly responsible for marketing and sales
activities in the Offshore Market sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.. Lead the selling effort for RO systems to the Offshore Market. This
includes making sales calls on customers (end users, design engineering
firms, shipyards and constructors). Maintain contact with major accounts
with and through sales channel representatives.
2.. Identify opportunities for RO systems in the Offshore Market,
determine and define market scope and size for company's products.
3.. Define the requirements of for RO systems and the Offshore Market for
Company's products and services.
4.. Define the selling tools necessary for the RO systems and Offshore
Market.
5.. Manage and maintain expenses within defined budgets.
6.. Provide incremental growth for their Offshore Market.
7.. Maintain contact with major accounts with and through sales channel
representatives.
8.. Train and direct agents' selling activities for Offshore Market
through the Regional Managers.
9.. Respond to requests for information from customers in Offshore Market
and assist in solving customer's problems.
10.. Supervise the preparation and submittal of quotations in the Offshore
Market, and assure these quotations are in accordance with corporate
policies.
11.. Coordinate Offshore Market, cross-regional selling activity.
12.. Provide input into strategic planning, budget preparation and sales
forecasting.
13.. Provide a monthly sales report and forecast to the VP Sales &
Marketing.
14.. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
15.. Provide competitive and product performance feedback on a timely
basis.
