Software Test Engineer

SUMMARY:

Working in a multi-disciplinary environment with software, control,
electrical and mechanical engineers our Software Test Engineer will be
testing complex electro-mechanical medical device products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design and execute test plans and protocols ensuring adequate
testing coverage * Work with development teams to review and improve
requirements, specifications and test plans * Develop automated test
scripts * Perform regression and ad hoc testing * Document defects in
a defect tracking system

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5-7 years of hands-on experience testing software and developing
test suites * BS/MS in EE, CS or equivalent * Test automation
experience * Software testing experience in electro-mechanical devices
* Experience in medical device industry is a plus * Ability to work in
small development teams * Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
