weather forecasting is completely different 'scientificaly/mathematically
than global warming modelling

the rate of increase of co2 is increasing....rapidly....

the consensus is that the drop was associated with increased particulates
which have since been cut radically....

that is not in accord with most of the detailed claims i am seeing.....
but it is very complex....

kyoto is idiocy....but it was a pr start....
america is now leading much saner approaches and many other
discussions are underway....
