Tipping etwquite

I have recently took to taking the train to work
as my ne car has not been delivered to work.

Am I expected to tip the driver?

I feel awefully guilty about not doing so, and the ride
appears to have got bumpier.

I think he's meant to tip you when he crosses over your bridge.

It is customary to tip train drivers handsomely, out of the window.

Feel free to use one of mine ...

1) Don't take any wooden shillings.

2) Don't go with any strange women.

3) Don't eat yellow snow.

It is customary to give 15.5%% of the train fare.

Isn't it? I thought when you tapped into a calcualtor you were typing in
units, which in the case for currency too, be it pounds/cents or
whatever, so of course it wouldn't be until you put in a point that the
input would be shifted and then new input be in pence/cents and the
previous shifted up to the main unit. Seems obvious to me as in the case
of a bill it would never be rouunded up to the nearest main unit, pound
in this case,so I'd assume that it was in pence/cents as I typed it in..

Yes, a fiver is customary, unless it's more than a short suburban
commute, in which case a tenner posted through the cab window is the
norm.
