Oh, incidentally, Derbyshire so-called-Safety Camera Partnership are liars.
Their web site states, "The vehicles all bear the 'Safety Camera Team'
livery, which identifies to road users that cameras are in operation."
Obviously, this is not true.

What you mean the police for not operating a road safety camera
correctly?
What with the officially stated aim being to locate them at accident
blackspots with the aim of slowing traffic...

I think you'll find that's for camera partnerships. The Police can put
clandestine cameras where the hell they wish. If you're speeding,
you're breaking the law. End of. Doesn't matter where it is. Your
argument is like claiming rape is a lesser crime because it was a
prostitute that was the victim or shoplifting is a lesser crime because
it was a national chain that was the victim, not a corner store.
