Oh dear, oh dear. Golltard, yet again, shows us how stupid he is.
The list is arranged in alphabetical order. The fact that Great
Britain appears roughly in the middle is a reflection only of the fact
that the letter "G" happens to fall roughly in the middle of the list
of countries.
The "km motorways per square km" ranges from 0 to 56.84. The average
is 18.76. Great Britain, at 15.46, is therefore below average. just
as "Conkers" said.
