It seems to be the start of a trend in Cambridgeshire:-
"MORE details have emerged about the dramatic car crash that has
forced a museum to close.
A driver ploughed her Vauxhall Corsa into the Cambridge and County
Folk Museum on Saturday after the car's brakes failed and she
desperately fought to avoid careering across a busy junction."

The museum does not appear to be luminous enough, nor armoured enough.
Perhaps it has sited itself on too busy a road? It could be said to be
partly at fault.
