emergency laws banning rail workers from using mobile phones on the job."
Once again, the Americans are a bit behind here. I am pretty sure that none
of the UK rail operators allow mobile phones in the drivers cab at all
(unless switched off, I guess), and to be found using one is a very serious
disciplinary offence.
