Well, up to a point. This appears to have only tested people who have had up
to the legal limit. I would be interested how it compares to someone who's
had 6 pints

Tell us something we don't know. Hell, I would admit to using a phone
occasionally while driving in the past. Not texting though. I hate texting
anyway.
