Relatively speaking.

How much do you think someone should get for killing another? It is
obvious what is going on here, you motorists live in daily fear of
killing someone with your deadly machines because it could mean a
spell in prison, however short. Enough to put anyone off motoring I
would have thought. All it takes is a moment's inattention while
breaking the speed limit. That is why you have to keep on trying here
to justify killer motorists.
