This clearly illustrates how cosseted motorists operate under a
different set of laws to other people. Had this killer been using his
own car to kill someone, instead of being a taxi passenger, he would
have been charged with dangerous driving, or manslaughter at the very
worst, instead of murder.
"A man who killed a taxi driver by mowing him down with his own
vehicle has been jailed for life.
A jury at Maidstone Crown Court found Luke Aujila, 21, of Dorchester
Road, Gravesend, Kent, guilty of murdering Gian Chand Bajar.
Judge Andrew Patience sentenced him to life with a minimum of 20 years
for killing the 71-year-old in Gravesend on 23 May, 2007.
As he sentenced Aujila, he described what he had done as "utterly
wicked".
Aujila had admitted manslaughter but denied murder claiming he was so
drunk he did not see Mr Bajar in the road.
But the Judge said Aujila had never intended to pay for his cab
journey..."

How on earth do you come to a ridiculous conclusion like that? They guy was
a madman, he murdered someone, he's gone down for life. Even then, you're
not satisfied, and try to claim some sort of priviledge for motorists.
Please point out exactly which sentences in the news article you cite lead
you to your conclusions?

One of these days, the concept of "intent" will cross your tiny
little mind.

Erm, Gollum, the story you have posted is an example of someone using
a car to kill someone, being convicted of murder and given a life
sentence. It therefore undermines the very point you are trying to
make.
Christ, you *really* are stupid, Gollum. How do you do it?

Skill, dedication and a sense of total desperation that he's losing. Given
his delusional rantings he will only get worse and become an object of even
greater ridicule - if that's possible.

Er....sorry to be pedantic, but doesn't this mean that a pedestrian (Aujila)
murdered a motorist (Bajar) ????
