The same loophole is available to those two million as was used by
certain police officers so just how are the police being treated
differently. Please note, I do not condone what is happening. Having
seen many villains and solicitors (often interchageable terms for the
same person) get away on technicalities I find it strange that people
get into a lather if the police do the same. The answer is to abolish
the technicalities not blame the users.
