I believe it will make it worse. Drivers will insist on being able to drive
up to the higher speed limit and will blame others for being in their way.
Yes, modern cars are up to it, but many drivers aren't. And that situation
will never change as long as there are cars on the road. People are what
they are and always will be. Drivers go through a life long apprenticeship;
the required level of concentration is not always appreciated. If you enjoy
fast cars, then go to closed tracks.
