Why would it not be able to be unloaded? Would the forklifts suddenly
stop working? Are the warehouse staff who currently do the paperwork
going to suddenly forget how?

Today when I unloaded at Cadbury Trebor in Hillsborough, the guy who
handled my paperwork was the storeman who tipped me. I backloaded out
of Nortech Foods in Doncaster. The guy who did my paperwork was the
forklift driver who loaded me. It's not an uncommon situation by any
stretch.

In fact in virtually all warehouses, the admin is done by the guys who
load and unload you.
