I watched it on TV. Wish I had been there. I also wish someone would
tell me why they had to use Konnie Huq and some other non entity as
presenters since they clearly had no idea about anything and Huq
seemed to think she was still presenting some CBBC program with her
daft expressions and idiotic comedy nodding.

Still , when they did actually show the air race instead of that pair
of tools it was fantastic.

She's one of those "I don't understand why they use her" faces on TV.
As far as I can see her claim to faim is that she spent a long time on
Blue Peter (presumably no one else wanted her) and she features in lad's
mags from time to time. Quite why so many yooves lust after her, I don't
know. The splintered bottom row of "English teeth" really put me off.

And as you indicate she has the IQ of a whelk and I'm surprised that
none of the pilots rammed that microphone [NO CARRIER]

Nearly all the British politicians seen on TV have those. Bliar's are
particularly bad. Margaret Thatcher's are wallies, rumour amongst the
dental profession is that she had implants which failed because being
Margaret Thatcher she wouldn't "be said", and loaded them too soon.
