And what we have to be prepared for is that if such flood defenses, etc.
need major construction works (as these things tend to do) we can be
sure of who will be out there protesting against it, and who will be
bragging about such protests in this newsgroup, assuming he doesn't kick
the bucket soon. All to protect us against the profligacy of older
generations, of whom Duhg is a prime example.
