Maybe you can answer a question for me. Are rollerblades classed as
"vehicles" under UK law?
If so, they would be banned from pavements, footways and cycle paths and
thus forced to stay on the roads. Or are they unclassified, and so not
restricted to any type of facility.
If the law doesn't cover their use, then they can't be condemned for any
breach of any law.
