"Eating high levels of some soy products - including tofu - may raise the
risk of memory loss, research suggests. "

I'm saying nothing!

The amusing thing with that post is that not too long afterwards
Bolltard was posting his views on tofu as if he were an expert in the
manufacture and nutritional qualities of the rubbery muck. Stating for
example that tofu is an excellent source of calcium (ignoring the
bioavailability of the calcium because that went right over his head).

Also Bollen insisted in 1998 that he made all his own tofu at home (as
if). Remarkable that, from someone who a couple of years before didn't
even know what "nigari" is. Indeed at the time he claimed to be making
tofu he didn't know what nigari is, since he claimed not be using
magnesium chloride or sulphate in his production of tofu. (Nigari is
mostly magnesium chloride with some magnesium sulphate extracted from
seawater).

Haha, yes, I remember Bazza from the two ozones thread. I rather miss
his daily obliteration of Duhg's posts.

There was someone called Ledswinger who used to do pretty good
demolition jobs too, dunno if he still posts under another name.
