Almost but not quite, if it's a 5 day journey, you need to allow for the
boats to get back to the original pick-up point as well (whether empty or
otherwise). Hence 10 days for a 5 day delivery

The same is, of course, true for lorries but the return trip tends to be
shorter than 5 days
