Somebody's obviously not stayed in a B&B or hotel recently, and seen the
little portion tubs of the stuff by the kettle in the room.
And that's before we go near the amount that must be used in other food
production.

It just tastes different. I find fresh milk and cream, and especially
butter, tastes a bit like puke.
That's why I prefer sterilised cream and margarine.
I still maintain it's about politics. People just love to hate things
that are different.
