Even if it's a non-life threatening call? Wasting all those public
resources? Taking away an ambulance from someone who might need it
immediately - like a dying cyclist who's been hit by a car for example? You
really have no clue do you

Your point? Those that want to cycle are more than welcome to. Not only
would it be totally impractical for Boltar and many others, but a bicycle
just isn't reasonable transport for many journeys.
