A study by the Institute of Transport at Leeds University, 'Surface
Transport Costs Report' at www.its.leeds.ac.uk, shows that motorists
may
only contribute as little as one third of the marginal costs they
incur.
Costs 13.8 pence/km
Revenue 4.5 pence/km
This is a national disgrace that should be remedied PDQ!

government on the costs that the motorists incur?
