Thank you for posting the link showing a motorist slowly driving through
people deliberately trying to impede his lawful progress.

It is also possible that they might be guilty of criminal damage &
threatening behavior.

I don't see many people being run down, accidentally or deliberately, in
that video.

There are a couple of people who are trying to cause an obstruction to
perfectly legal access, but they seem to be remaining vertical quite
easily.

I don't see many dead people in that video. They all look very lively, to
be perfectly honest.
