Hmm! Your actual physical violence too eh?
"A 64-year-old man was assaulted in an unprovoked road rage attack in
Staines last week.
The incident took place on the A308 near the Crooked Billet
roundabout, in Georgian Close at 5.15pm on May 16.
The victim, from Feltham, was driving a white minibus with a school
bus sign on the rear and was going round the roundabout when the
suspect, who was driving a blue Ford Escort, drove up behind him at
high speed and beeped his horn several times.
After the two vehicles left the roundabout and entered the dual
carriageway the Ford Escort slowed down and forced the victim to stop
his minibus.
Both men got out of their vehicles and the suspect then punched the
victim on the right forearm, causing bruising and swelling, before
driving off.
A couple in a silver BMW stopped alongside the man after the attack
and him they had seen what had happened.

Whilst not condoning the actions of the attacker, why does this amount to
terrorism? Surely it's simply a case of someone unhinged enough to hit
someone for no good reason and actually has little, to nothing, to do with
actual motoring and motorists?
This sort of thing happens every night outside pubs etc in town centres by
pedestrians, it's an extremely rare occurrence, given the number of miles
covered by motorists, on the roads.

Non-violent demonstrations by Animal Rights Activists are even rarer
but that doesn't stop them being persecuted by the State.

You sidestepped the question "why does this amount to terrorism?".
Why introduce something totally unconnected?

Doug probably thinks the attacker must work for the AA as part of
their tailgating division and its all a blatant political lobby to get
the government to up speed limits.
( I jest but its probably not that far from what he really thinks)

The drunks in the above example get banged up on a regular basis by
the police.
