Nope. I travelled 20 miles with one locked on once when a caliper
slider seized after a long downhill stretch. Apart from a bit of smoke
and a glowing brake disc, it was a non event. Cooled off in about 10
minutes and cool enough for the mechanic to work on in 30 which is less
time than the lorry was on the train.
