From the tfl link above, its ambiguous exactly when busses will have to be
compliant. Could be as early as July 2008 or as late as Jan 2012. I guess
they will slowly be modified or replaced with a mad dash running up to Jan
2012. Good old Ken, allows busses to carry on until the last knockings, but
small leisure vehicles like campervans that are not used much and not
exactly clogging the streets of London, need to comply much earlier on. Oct
2010 for my <3.5t van.
