Doug I know exactly where you live in London, I own a house less than 2 miles
from you and I know that the rates you quote are total fiction for the most
part of London. As you must be well aware, when your family take you round to
Tesco's in their car for your lentil supplies the car park outside Lidl is
free and the multi storie by the Catford centre is peanuts. These hyped
figures may apply to a very small area right in the centre, places that
primarily will be used by tourists only anyway.

Same thing applied to me when I first went to Amsterdam, lack of local
knowledge found me using the most expensive facilities, it didn't take long
to find vastly cheaper alternatives.

Get real.
