Even if it does, it doesn't mean the car's going to be driven by a
drunken person - many pub car parks are still fairly full on a Saturday
or Sunday morning, with cars which have been left there overnight. I'd
have thought Duhg'd approve of that, since they're not "road garaged"...

Or in the day, in many places...
