A few observations.
Where are these overflowing pub car parks?
Should we shut all pub car parks thus making sure the road is used instead.
You do not have to drink alcohol if you go into a pub, just check how
many pubs serve coffee.
Lets get rid of all distracting road signs e.g. "Ripon 3 miles", "Tesco,
open 07:00 to 22:00", "Hospital A & E", "Catford Station"
