But all policies have a negligence clause.
Surely it's negligent to park on double yellow lines and put the
hazard flashers on. The use of hazard flashers indicates they are
aware of the hazard they are causing and thus negligent. So it's high
time one of the people that parks like this was done for leaving a
vehicle on the road with invalid insurance. I also think it should
permit anyone having an accident in vicinity to sue them.
