'Hyper' is a common prefix from the Greek 'huper'.
'Mobility' is a common word from the Latin 'mobilis'.
Both have a very long history. 'Hyper', as a prefix, may legitimately
be attached to many words, hence 'hypermobility'.
How about 'Hypercarphilia' to describe the obsession of the motorists
who dominate this transport newsgroup?
