How to argue on a subject you know absolutely nothing about

Here is a new GollumClassic. On the thread "The moment a pensioner
smashed his car through a supermarket window", Duhg asserted that
certain people such as doctors are "immune from punishment for killing
others, due to the nature of their job". I pointed out that this sits
rather uneasily with the leading English law case on gross negligence
manslaughter, in which the House of Lords upheld a manslaughter
conviction of, um, a doctor. I invited Dung that he might care to do
some research into this case (Adomako), particularly given that this
is a subject on which he likes to pontificate.

After the usual GollumBluster ("So what point contained in the source
are you struggling to make?") , I finally got a response:

http://groups.google.co.uk/group/uk.transport/browse_frm/thread/3ac55da924548ed7...#

It really is a true DuhgClassic - all the usual ingredients of
ignorance, stupidity and arrogance.
