Doesn't bother me who lives near me, I've better things to worry about,
unless they start really pissing me off. I lived in Brixton and Camberwell
and I coped OK.

I'm sure they'd be most welcome out here.

What would you do? Given a wedge of cash to relocate, would you fight a
battle you probably wouldn't win, or save yourself a load of heartache,
grief and just take the money and run? I know they are nice places, I know
people get attached to their houses and may have put a lot of work into them
etc etc but life changes, shit happens. If someone offered me market value
for the house, especially in these supposedly poor economic times, I'd
snatch their hand off, buy somewhere just as nice and probably end up with a
few grand on top.
