Work from home.
Just make it the law.
Problem solved.
It might be inconvenient for some bosses; well tough the stakes are
just too high for their trivial concerns.
I work from home, three days a week, and it saves me five thousand
miles on my car. Now just magnify that across the (World) population as
a whole and it's all so easy.
The solution is staring us in the face and it wouldn't cost a penny

Has your heating gone on yet?
We put ours on the other morning and by ten o'clock we were gasping for
air.
Last few nights we've been sleeping with the windows open.
