Wrong, there are two types of CO2. One is benign, making trees and
stuff. The other forms packs, rampaging through the environment causing
warming or cooling and general misery...

Using the same argument _nothing_ is carbon neutral that changes it's state
in any way.

The carbon from your car exhaust has been under the ground for
millions of years. You are now releasing it into the atmosphere where
it will probably never get under the ground again for another million
years. When trees and plants die they give up their stored CO2. How do
you propose getting the oceans to permanently absorb your CO2?
