All IT stuff runs on low(ish) voltage DC these days, so whatever the
power supply takes from the mains determines whether it will be 3 phase
or not. Since most IT stuff is less than a large number of kW it will
almost always be single phase.
The highest voltage you will find in any IT stuff is around 15 volts DC.
