Easy, just plane the surface off!

They're going through the process of resurfacing the road here and after
they planed the top off leaving the uneven sublayer exposed it has
decreased the speed of the traffic using the road. Even the cunt with
the X5 who always canes it. Busses strangely unaffected.

Heh - maybe that's why road surfaces are so shite these days, it's a traffic
calming measure!

Didn't slow me down in the lorry on the Stamford to Melton Mowbray road
even when I came across the 1 inch step. Just got a bit bumpy.

Well that's the funny thing, you can drive down the road at normal
speed, but everyone seems to have slowed right down.

Just to add to this, they laid the new surface today but no lines have
been marked. Generally the speeds have remained low.

yes i've noticed that, i much prefure a rought road than a smooth road
with speed bumbs on any form of transport, bikes/car po-go stick what
ever just means a smoother flow of traffic.
