Dad 'flung himself on bonnet' to stop joyrider

Was this a deliberate enough use of a car as a weapon?

"A brave dad-of-four was thrown to his death after trying to stop a
teen joyrider stealing his car, a court heard.

Ken Hong, 38, flung himself on to the bonnet of his Honda Civic as it
was driven away at 'full speed'.

But he was sent tumbling 'like a rag doll' as the 16-year-old thief
wrenched the car round a bend and made his getaway, the Old Bailey was
told.

Mr Hong left the engine running to pop back inside his Streatham home
to collect something before heading to work, jurors were told.

As he was thrown to ground the victim, whose wife was expecting their
fourth child, smashed his head on the road..."

So the car was driving past him and he threw himself into its path. So that
is simply a case of stupid pedestrian. Was Ken carrying your report on Vince
moving or that interview with Plane Crazy where they say as you do that
flying food is somehow better for the environment than flying people?

You really don't understand the difference between method and motive, do
you?

Fucking idiot.

He must have been a fast runner. A Honda Civic SFAIK is capable of over 100
mph at full speed.

But not for murder. For assisting suicide, perhaps.

Well, I am taking what is written in the article with a pinch of
salt. The CPS decided to bring murder charges, which may indicate
that there is more to it than someone "flinging himself onto the
bonnet" of a moving car. We shall see, but my point is that if the
driver deliberately killed the victim using his car, he should be
heavily punished - which I should think is uncontroversial. As ever,
I am not sure what Duhg is trying to prove by posting this story.

In what way was it used as a weapon? The person who was killed threw himself
onto the moving car. All he had to do was stay out of the way and if he
hadn't left the car unattended with the engine running the scrote wouldn't
have been able to drive it away would he?

So that makes three idiots in one post.

That's about as dumb as someone walking into a road to rescue a dead bird.
Do you know anyone who would be stupid enough to do that ?

Which is illegal

Only someone like you would try and "score points" from something as tragic
as that.
But then we all know what a sick and twisted old cunt you are Doug ...
