and with the possessor of the greatest mass being to blame, the truck
driver must therefore be responsible.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/leicestershire/7498984.stm

On the other hand, since we're all car drivers, too, we can only be
expected to blame the truck driver - which means Duhg will come out in
favour of the car driver being at fault.

Mind you, since I think all here would suggest that a head-on between a
Mondeo containing six "young people" and a truck, at 2am, is quite likely
to have stupidity and booze at the root cause, he may well lean back
towards the truck driver being at fault just to be awkward.

Or he'll probably just ignore it completely.

Prace bets.

If you watch the BBC's aerial video, the truck's just exiting a RH bend -
I suspect the Mondildo was way over to the right to "set themselves up"
to straighten out the far too rapidly approaching LH bend, and they just
couldn't get out of each other's way.

See, I can agree with Duhg.

Just be careful, otherwise he'll mistake you for an ally.

Pretty much the theory I came up with .. but also taking into account that
it was pissing down with rain all yesterday.
Kid in Mundaino is hoofing it up the straight. Pulls to the right to take
the "racing line" through the bend. Poor fella in the HGV meets Mundaino
coming straight at him, so tries to swerve - but nowhere to go, and ends up
with a bonnet badge :(
