British Airways jets still flying despite fatal fault.

Anything goes in Haines corruption ridden Britain.
Make a donation and you are off the hook and allowed to
put the publics lives at risk.
And of course their same badly trained maintenance engineers
are still working on their jets.
Human lives sacrificed to satisfy the greed of corperate pigs.

British Airway's safety record ranks amongst the best in the World.

The Boeing 777, even after today, has never killed a single one of its
passengers and neither have the pilots who fly them.

So just what is your point?

Just remember, the most dangerous part of any flight is not the take-
off, not the cruise and not even the landing, it's the drive from your
home to the airport.

So how many missed the flight because they crashed on the way to the
airport?

It sounds to me like it ran out of jet fuel. Fuel loading is optimised
because unused fuel is dead weight.

And what the fuck do you know about the training of aircraft technicians,
eh, loud mouth?

Absolutely fuck all, which is about the sum of your knowledge on pretty much
any subject.

You are such a twat.

This is probably not true. Considering that the risk from take of/landing
has to be assigned to short time span. Hence the risk per unit time is high.

Why would you do that?

That's like saying we're only going to measure road safety over and
through khown accident blackspots and ignore all the safe roads.

By any approved measure air travel is safer then road.

Even when taking the worst case statistic for air of accidents per
flight (verses per mile) air comes out many time safer then road.

Air safety nowadays is comparable to rail safety and the DfT statistic
(a combination of all measures) puts both at around fifteen times
safer than road.

P.S. The DfT stats for roads include urban bus journeys, a very safe
form of road travel.

Take out the bus stats (entirely valid for non bus users) and rail and
air are more than twenty times safer.
